For me, a good tote bag is an essential item. I have always loved bags—the different styles, colors, and designers. So, L E S BAGS is my love for Totes and bags using beautiful wool felt and quality leather. I use high quality wool felt for all my totes and bags with high quality leather for the straps and handles. I believe my bags are simple, timeless, and classic. Each bag is handmade by me from the first cut of the fabric to the final stitch with no mass production. My bags provide a nice pop of color or a subtle color compliment to any outfit. I believe everyone needs a great tote!
I have been making totes and bags out of wool felt for the past eight years. It is 100% wool, durable, eco-friendly, moisture resistant, and comes in beautiful colors.
The leather I use now was introduced to me by Ryan at Carmine Jack Leather Co. It is from J&FJ Baker & Co. and the story behind the tannery is amazing. They are Britain’s only remaining oak bark tannery. This leather is beautiful and really enhances my wool felt totes.
